      To be a care worker you need to be interested in people, be a good listener, really care about peoples well being, and know how important it is to be reliable and professional.

        complain of everything and imagine problems to attract attention. How to understand when they realy need help or it is better not to listen them now?

    Sometimes when people are 'complaining' they really are looking for someone to listen to them and interact with them. It can be lonely to not be able to get out and about any more, and to rely on the kindness of others.
