Mercenary organization

I've worked for them for six years. The first few were okay, but our pay rate has been cut twice in the past two years by 18%.They totally exploit people working on zero hours contracts. The training fund, which was great, was scrapped with no consultation. Randstad expect more and more from staff while paying less and less. Once I find another job, I'll be off.
