Home Managers are health care professionals who supervise or manage private and some time public health and social care facilities. They handle administrative and decision making responsibilities on a day to day basis. They may recruit, hire and orientate new members of staff, checking and assessing their performance and offering mentorship when required. Managers also oversee patient care, monitor that their needs are met and inform families about their progress or condition.
