  Would a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum be realistic as an specialised Indian chef with 10 years experience in the UK?

    It'll all come down to your prior experience and your reputation. If you're good and you can prove it, some restaurants would be ready to pay higher wages. as with everything, it all depends on several different factors.
