Elligibility
My dream is to become a project manager. Although I have no specific training I've worked in a project management office for 5 years and this has given me insight into the role. I believe I can do it, but I still have the doubt as to whether I'll make it without formal training for it. Is it possible to get a job as PM with my background?

- If you have been in a project management environment for that number of years you're bound to have a good chance. To improve your options you can try and start aiming at a project coordinator post, that will possibly better your chances. Definitely, if you have a project management certification you'll be much better equipped and are likely to get more interest from employers, who want somebody who understands and knows the trade. Having said that, if this is your dream, don't let certifications to be the thing that stop you as you can have a go from other starting points.
