    I value pleasant working conditions at least 4 weeks holiday. Reasonable short hours on offer.
    Staff facilities i.e.canteen.

    I value good leadership, reliable fellow workers, good hours especially for part timers, and same salary and perks as a full time employee would enjoy such as time off for holidaysetc.
    Not less than £9 per hour and flexible part time hours.
